My Story:
Kristin is an empowerment coach and registered clinical counsellor with a graduate degree in counselling psychology. Her coaching practice blends various modalities of holistic psychology and is substantiated by her clinical expertise, conceptual and theoretical knowledge, and professional training.
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Kristin completed her postgraduate psychology training in 2011 and worked in a variety of clinical settings while developing her own private practice. As her career evolved, Kristin became increasingly disheartened by the outdated, systemic limitations of conventional psychology and also felt called to expand her own notions of meaning and purpose. In 2016 Kristin moved from Canada to the UK with the intention of diversifying her education in the areas of life coaching, holistic health and spiritual psychology.
Kristin’s clinical background enables her to effectively support clients who might be struggling with issues that fall outside the nature and scope of coaching (i.e. mental health, addictions, trauma, interpersonal abuse, or unresolved childhood experiences). Kristin has an integrative, rational and modern approach to counselling and is able to concurrently incorporate therapeutic modalities into her coaching practice.
